Just a Few Pictures

Even though I can no longer show the finals on the home (that are still in process), I can show you the bits and pieces that have been started in order to complete the exterior of the home. We are on the move with the BRANCH house. We are even beginning some of the interior demo because of the addition. So exciting!!!

The dumpster has been delivered! Now the real fun can begin. Demolition! It is time to start preparing the interior for the next phase. This dumpster is huge! Whew! Are you excited yet? Are you willing to be a part of the vision yet?

The air conditioning unit and power has been removed from the back of the house. The main power line has been moved to the side (and no “smart meter”). At least now the contractor’s have power when they work!

Supplies are beginning to arrive. The garage is full, the backyard is filling up and it is getting really exciting!

You can see that the addition is beginning. We are making some modifications to help us provide room for additional soon-to-be-survivors and so we may be moving a bit slower for a couple weeks while we update some architectural plans. We had our inspection, needed to fix a few minor things and things are finally progressing!

This is the current dining room and tiny kitchen. Don’t let the looks fool you. The only good thing about these rooms is the wood floor that will be throughout the home. Behind the solid white wall is the first step in the demolition process to open up for the addition.

And presented here is the first part of the demolition. We are making the addition the “parents” suite which will allow us to extend the kitchen into a nice size as well as have an emergency rescue room for those special cases. This will also add to the size of the living area. This whole section will become the common area.
